Listening Checklist

A Listening Training programme starts with an Initial Assessment to determine suitability. This checklist will enable to identify possible issues with your or your child’s listening. There is no score, simply check as many boxes as you feel appropriate, along with a brief description of your, or your child’s, concerns issues and your contact information.
